The
direct object tell us who or what receives the action of
the verb.

กรรมตรง (direct object) จะตอบคำถาม WHAT ? กรรมตรงมักจะเป็นสิ่งของซึ่งจะเป็นคำนามคำเดียว หรือกลุ่มคำ (phrase or clause) ก็ได้

Indirect Object

An indirect object tell us to whom
or for whom an action is done. A sentence with an indirect object must also
contain a direct object.
My father bought me a lovely present.
